Unit 22, Rugby

HPC Design & Build was appointed to transform Unit 22 in Rugby after the previous tenants had left the property in a poor condition. Working closely with the client, we redesigned the internal layout to create a modern, practical workspace and quickly commenced refurbishment works.

The project included the complete refurbishment of the entrance, toilets, kitchen, and workshop areas, featuring a new fitted kitchen, new toilet cubicles, and full internal redecoration throughout.

Externally, we safely removed the existing asbestos roof and installed a new insulated roofing system with rooflights to improve both energy efficiency and natural daylight within the building. Additional works included tarmac surfacing to the entrance and yard access, construction of a disabled access ramp, boundary fencing, and a full tidy-up of the external yard area.

The result is a high-quality, functional industrial unit that has been successfully brought back to life and tailored to meet the client's operational needs.
