Unit 22, Rugby

HPC Design & Build transformed Unit 22 in Rugby from a neglected industrial unit into a modern, functional workspace through a full internal refurbishment and extensive external improvements. The project included a redesigned layout, new welfare facilities, asbestos roof replacement, external surfacing works, and accessibility upgrades, all delivered in close collaboration with the client.
